Capoeira Movement Library

The idea here is to provide you with a comprehensive compilation of Capoeira related movements all in one place. Every video presents the basic form of the movement along with some variations, combinations and perhaps examples of use.

While it is hardly possibly to include everything that exists in Capoeira world , I nevertheless decided to undertake the challenge to make the catalog as extensive as possible.
