  1. Movement technique - each workout focuses on a specific Capoeira movement or set of movements/ideas where the main goal is to perfect the technique.

  2. Body strength - The stronger the body the quicker and easier you will be able to learn Capoeira movements. Strong body also means fewer injuries!
