“Forward Cartwheel“

One of the most popular types of cartwheel in Capoeira. As the name suggests, the direction of the cartwheel is forward meaning that it can also be used as an attack. I personally believe it is an important cartwheel to learn because it incorporates elements that are used in many other Capoeira cartwheels i.e. the idea of maintaining hips high on landing.
