"Cartwheel of Chain of Gold"

A movement invented by the disciples of Mestre Suassuna in the early years of the group Cordão de Ouro. The movements is as complex as much as it is beautiful. To be performed correctly it requires deep understanding of the hand and hips positioning as well as some degree of handstand. To this day, Au Cordão de Ouro remains one of my favourite movements of Capoeira.
