"Whipping Cartwheel"

This kicking cartwheel is one of the signature movements of Capoeira. Basic version of Au Batido (performed on two hands) is relatively easy to learn but quite challenging to apply within the game. More advanced version is performed 1-handed and it is an advanced movement that only the best trained Capoeiristas are able to apply within Capoeira game. When timed correctly, it's an extremely effective attack.
