“Diminutive* Cartwheel“

A very nice type of Capoeira cartwheel that is often mistake by Au de Coluna / Au de Costas. The movements are indeed similar however, Au Zinho is meant to be done in a very limited space. A well done Au Zinho is performed literally on the spot. It combines well with kicks and it’s a nice escape from Tesoura de Angola.

*The suffix -zinho(a) is used in Portuguese language to create diminutives hence the movement’ name.
