"Cartwheel on Queda de Rins"

This cartwheel requires a good level of Queda de Rins to be performed effectively. A another type of capoeira cartwheel that is extremely versatile - can be used as a floreio or even as an attack. Can be used to block incoming Cabeçada attack. The movement has a ton of transformation potential, mixes very well with other Capoeira movements... It is definitely one of my favourite Capoeira movements.
