“Backwards cartwheel”

Also know as ‘Au de Coluna’ it is an advanced cartwheel type that requires a certain level of handstand position control. The idea is to use the momentum of the leg to put the body in the position of a backbend. More flexible Capoeiristas are able to perform the cartwheel so that the legs are horizontal to the floor.
