All Capoeira MOVEMENTS in one place !
At an early stage of my Capoeira journey, I wished there was a repository, a catalog of all Capoeira movements. Such resource would have enabled me to easily recall the names of the movements, perhaps showcase some variations.
After 15 years, I have made the decision to take matters into my own hands and create the catalog myself. Having initially only my student in mind, later I thought there may be more of you out there who wished they had access to such resource. Well… here it is - Enjoy!
WHO AM I ?
I come from Poland, I live in Scotland, I practice, study and teach Afro-Brazilian art form. In 2019, 10 years after I attended my first Capoeira training, I became obsessed with learning everything about Capoeira movement there is - not just doing it but being able to fully understand it and ultimately teach it… and teach it well.
